To lead the cattle & Dairy Team to achieve and exceed sales target 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)奶牛銷售團隊 達成并超越銷售目標(biāo) To make sale strategy and build a good platform for PAH long term development 確定銷售策略并為輝瑞動保的長遠發(fā)展建立平臺 To make sales plan in accordance with PAH China business strategy 根據(jù)公司戰(zhàn)略制定銷售計劃 To design sales incentive plan to encourage and stimulate sales team achieve their target 制定銷售激勵政策，鼓勵銷售人員努力達標(biāo) To develop distributor network and manage distributor channel in line with company policies 發(fā)展經(jīng)銷商網(wǎng)絡(luò)并根據(jù)公司政策管理經(jīng)銷商隊伍 To support sales management system and improve sales team performance 支持銷售管理系統(tǒng)，提高銷售團隊績效 To actively interview and attract qualified sales representative 積極招聘稱職的銷售人員,迅速填補人員空缺 To coach, develop and retain qualified team members 指導(dǎo)發(fā)展與保留合格的團隊成員 To arrange team building/training activities to improve team effectiveness 組織團隊建設(shè)活動提高團隊效能 |
| 應(yīng)聘要求 | Master degree or above, majored in veterinarian, animal husbandry or related field 碩士以上學(xué)歷，主修獸醫(yī)、畜牧等相關(guān)專業(yè) At least 5 years sales or marketing experiences in animal health industry, and 3 years people management experience 動物保健行業(yè)5年以上銷售或市場工作經(jīng)驗，其中有3年的人 員管理經(jīng)驗 Excellent communication skills and business develop capability 優(yōu)秀的溝通能力與業(yè)務(wù)拓展能力； Good Command of English and computer 熟練掌握英語與計算機操作 Willing for frequent travel 愿意經(jīng)常出差 |
